Undoubtedly one of the best SS/2B duos in UCSB Baseball history, Clay Fisher and JJ Muno were first year players for the 2015 Regional Hosts and then helped lead the Gauchos to the College World Series in 2016. Both are doing their best to stay fit without Minor League Baseball in 2020. On this pod we open up the yearbook to 2016 and revisit some of its best moments.

Today's guest is arguably the most complete player to ever wear the Gaucho blue and gold, Bill Geivett still holds the school record for career batting average and was an All-American during his time at UCSB. Among his accomplishments on the field, Geivo spent 21 years as an MLB executive, published a book, and recently founded a baseball/softball development company, IMA Player. On part 1, we discuss the recruiting process, time as a Gaucho, and are joined by a special guest.
